This is basically an alternate Earth RPG where everyone controls a country.  I have a blank world map that you can edit and reupload to flickr.  If someone is choosing country space, please say so in this topic, then say when you are done and upload your edited map so we don't end up with overlapping country space.  Feel free to have more than one country if you feel you can run them all effectively - this is actually encouraged since we have so few people.

Note: About technology, it's a bit ahead of today's (the year is 2020).  Imagine headsets that display holographic screens to the wearer, and some more advanced weapons.  Possibly fusion power.
