Ok - this is pretty cool.

The engine that runs almost all games (including Gears of War) out there is now available as a free download to make your own game and levels.

And the great part is, there are tons of models, tutorials, code, etc. to get you started right away.

This will take patience to learn - this is a pro tool - but it'll be fun and a very good experience.
